Seadrill announces fourth quarter 2011 earnings release date and conference call information

Seadrill is scheduled to release its fourth quarter 2011 results on Tuesday February 28, 2012 before the start of trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange.In connection with the earnings release, a conference call/webcast will be held as described below.
A conference call will be held at 09:00 a.m. ET time and 3:00 p.m. (Norwegian time) on Tuesday February 28, 2012.
