Greg Rosenstein, EVP, Investor Relations and Corporate Development, will be presenting at the Capital One Southcoast 2012 Energy Conference in New Orleans at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, December 4, 2012.

David Dunlap, President and CEO, will be presenting at the Dahlman Rose & Co. Ultimate Oil Services and Drilling Conference in New York at 1:30 p.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, December 4, 2012.

Mr. Dunlap will also be presenting at the Wells Fargo 11^th Annual Pipeline, MLP and Energy Symposium in New York at 10:20 a.m. Eastern time on Wednesday, December 5, 2012.
